Help earbud clicker question

my previous phone was an iphone and am used to play/pause/receive call/ fast fwd/ rev/play next tract using the earbud clicker.

from the samsung captivate i can only play/pause/receive call.
can't play next tract/ fast fwd/ rewind.

is there a setting for that or am i doing someting wrong?

Not to hijack your thread, but I've got an iPod touch I listen to with the earbud clicker. I knew about the pause\play, but how do you do the fast foreward, rewingd, next tract, ect with it?

double click to go to next tract. three clicks to rewind to the begining of the song. i think long press is fast fwd.

thats for stock music app

use poweramp...better and efficient and u can choose ur own steps for ear bud clicker..
