Early Upgrade Not working

I an eligible for an upgrade 08/11/10 and I'm trying to order the X and it's showing full retail price:mad:? any ideas about what's going on? anyone else having same problem?
 
That's bizarre. Mine showed it wasn't available for an upgrade until 11/11 on a 2 year plan but it went through for $199 then I applied the PRMCD10 code and got -$20 then added $7.99 for overnight for a total of $207.58.
 
maybe it will change tomorrow.. but u guys should just call *611 thats what i did.. and they just changed my upgrade date to today!. and i ordered online.. tell them u saw their promotion but when u try and buy its showing full retail..

Got my Droid X at a midnight opening. When I called verizon today the said you could not do the 3G early upgrade promotion online.

did the *611.

I was just wondering online cus i wasnt sure if i was gonna be able to get one in store..
and went to checkout and it said 569.00 so i was like ?!?!!? so i did the *611 hit the "4" and then kept hitting 0000 till i got someone.
 
Just called... we have to wait 8 more minutes aka 2am EST..then they order it on the phone ONLY. repeat: early 2010 upgrades can NOT be processed online at this time. call 1-800-922-0204 after 2am and they can order it for you with the discount. You must call and select the technical support option to get to a real person.
 
Your problem is that your contract must end by 2010. Not be able to upgrade. Check your contract end dates people.
 
Grr contract end date 12/24/10 but the lady at emergency technical support said no one there has ever heard of it even her manager!

Call CS in the morning. They will still have phones then. you are eligible for the Droid X though, so don't worry.
 
Your problem is that your contract must end by 2010. Not be able to upgrade. Check your contract end dates people.


Not true. My annual upgrade is 8/11 and I just ordered it on the phone. You have to wait for the mail in rebate (dumb?) but I got it for $349.56. $300 for phone, $15 overnight shipping and $20 aka $15 black gloss case * get 25% off thru work on accessories* plus tax.

Will be delievered Friday.
SO EXCITED.

Annual upgrades are SADLY for the main line only. it sucks..but oh well.
