Help Earpiece jack problem.

Well, yeah. It's not really a problem where I can't hear a single thing. I can. The problem is that I can't change the volume. I know it's not the maximum and not the minimum. No matter how many different ways I try to change the volume, it still would not work. Just stuck at the same level.

I have even tried different music apps but in vain.

However, there is no problem when I am using the radio.
