earpiece speaker volume

The sound on my ear speaker is very low. Even on the highest in call volume setting. I'm runnin a moto droid. Any other cases similar floating around? Any fixes?
 
I had the same problem , I also had problems witth media audio playing through ear speaker. I rang VW coustomer support. The rep did some sort of update and I power cycled and now its great. No problems in months. Hope this helps.
