Not sure if anybody has ever used his tool, but if you are having issues getting images to flash from you SD card this tool can reformat and repartition the SD card very fast. It can manage any hard drive type, can create Windows or Linux partitions, data wipe, merge partitions, disk copy, and the best thing about it is it is free for the Home single user version
