Root Easiest Way to partion my SD Card

I have tryed to partion my SD card which I can do but my windows machine doesn't see the FAT32 partion aso I can load my custom rom on to the SD card so I can use apps2sd

I am master to no-one.

Edit. Except Toby. He's a cat. Actually, he acts as if he is my master. I think Ive been looking at this wrong for too many years

Actually, after a long time, I figured out that you don't adopt cats, they adopt you!!
