Easy method to transfer ap data ?

Is there an easy way to transfer all application data from razr to note 2 without root (TB) on the razr? There's not a huge amount of data but it seems to get scattered at random locations; could blu tooth betweent he devices do this or maybe dlna ?

Connect Razr to a PC. Using file explorer copy and paste all the app folders you have stored (both internal and external storage).

Connect the Note 2, copy the folders that are temporarily on your pc onto your Note 2 internal storage.

Yea. thanks I can try that. My biggest concern is that it seems that some apps seem to write data in random places so I can't just copy an app_data tree. Oh well maybe it'll be easier with explore than file manager on the device itself.
