I am getting this phone for my mom. My mom wanted a smartphone because all of her friends have one. She's really not all that tech savvy and would probably be better off with a dumb phone. I am wondering if anyone have tried the Easy mode and if it is actually easier? I am trying to avoid getting tech support calls from my mom asking me how to do x.
