Help Easy Tether connection issue

Easy Tether was easy to install on my phone and an old PC. The icon was added to the toolbar, and I right clicked on it to connect.

All seemed ok but when I went to open a webpage there was no connection. What option should I have my phone set to to use Easy Tether? Charge only, disc drive, sync?

I had it on internet sharing at one point and it did get me online. However, I think it was through VZW.

Any help would be appreciated!

Make sure USB debugging is on. (settings/applications)
