easy tether problem

I have a 6300 htc incredible and have downloaded the lite app from the market. I downloaded the easy lite drivers from the net using a mifi. The icon for easy tether tells me there is no connection?

I don't use EasyTether so i am not familiar with those settings. It may be an incompatibility with the phone or carrier. I'd ask other Incredible users in HTC Droid Incredible - Android Forums if they've had any issues with that app. I would also contact the developer, especially since it is a paid app. Good Luck.
