Easy Thether Freezing up Computer

I search the forum and didn't see anyone having this issue. I have installed easy Thether Pro and when I use it the computer freezes. I have an HP Laptop with Windows 7. I set the TB as a disc drive is there anything I can do? Has anyone had this issue?

Yes, mine as well. The first few times I used it, it worked just fine, but since then it takes forever for a web page to load and I usually end up having to close the window and try to load again, sometimes it works, sometimes it does not.

Oh, I should also add that I have noticed when it gets super slow and I look at my phone instead of it reading 3G, I'm not in a 4G area yet, it reads 1x, I am assuming that is why it is lagging so badly, but I'm not sure...
