Best way to tether with latest ota? Does unrevoked still work for the latest ota? Do I have to flash a new Rom? What is the easiest way if really all I care about is wireless tether?? Sorry for noob question, just trying to understand it all. Thanks !!!!!

The easiest way to wireless tether is to pay Sprint $30 a month!

Seriously, unrevoke 3.21 will allow you to root your phone and then you can install Android Wifi Tether from here:

Downloads - android-wifi-tether - Project Hosting on Google Code

You want to make sure you get at least version 2.05pre8 to work with the 2 latest OTA updates.
