Echo on Phone calls???

I'm using an EVO and I'm getting slight Echo's of my voice while using the phone directly and while using my plantronics 925 headset. This happens primarily when I call my wife's phone - HTC Hero.

Is there something I'm doing wrong? Possibly bad phone?

My phone does it sometimes when the OTHER person is using a headset - I can hear my voice after I speak.

Very strange and I don't know if it's HTC or the fault of the people who are on the other end.

It doesnt have anything to do with headsets. Noone i speak to uses them, and i suffer this very often. Its simply sprint itself. My mogul, palm pre, and now evo have all had this problem, dropped calls and echos... sprints plans are the only reason i stay

i too get his and so does my wife she has a desire and i have a hero, think its something to do with the wifi, when i turn it off my calls seem fine.
