Help Edit Ringtone List?

Hello,

Basically as the title says, is it possible to edit the ringtone list in the sound settings? I've since added a bunch of junk ringtones that are cluttering up the list. Can I edit that list and remove the ones I don't want? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Easiest way would be to get a file manager from the Play Store (I use a free one called File Manager) and either delete or move the ringtone files you don't want anymore out of the Ringtones folder in Internal Storage.

+1 to that. You can't just edit the list. The files have to be removed in order for them not to be listed. Hook your phone up to a PC if you don't have a File Manager installed and do your file removals through Explorer.

Thanks for the replies. Could you point me to the directory where ringtones are stored for internal storage? I scoured every directory and didn't find any that I loaded there. Note these were added from an external SD card.
