Help Editing "Folder"'s - Unable to...

I'm coming from a Hero, so I didn't have built-in folders, first experience here. So I dropped a Folder on one of my Carousel screens and attempted to edit the title/name of the folder by press/hold and drag to the Edit section to the left of Delete. Edit appears to be turned off for Folders through this method.

Is there another method to changing the name of folders or is this a bug?

You can rename the folder by creating the folder, tapping the folder once, and once it's up, long-press the top of the box where it says "Folder." It will bring up a keyboard and a box for you to type. Hope it works for you!
