Help editing music files

I downloaded some music to my Inspire, but the artists are showing up as unknown on the phone. Is there a way that the files can be edited to add the correct artist's name? By the way this is my first android phone

mp3tagger pro is a really good app. You can tag and get albumart for all you music. Cost a buck fourty-three but well worth it

There's also a free version but you can't modify album art.
