Help Editing webpage Homescreen titles?

Is there a way to edit the names of web pages Ive added to my homescreen? Im refering to the icons that appear on the homescreen, with the web page name/title underneath.

It would be noce to be able to change the title under each icon, and even to be able to change the picture that appears in the icon itself.

Any ideas?

a different homescreen replacement would easily do this
such as
ADW (EX)
LPP(+)
GoLauncher

with those you can change the label of the web page
