Root efs file deleted now no service or wifi please help

Okay so i was flashing to new prl and then you know curious of me saw this thing that was called roam pref. so i switch it to static and now i have no data i did this in DFS CDMA Tool. Please Help!!! and wifi doesnt work either

Edit: so i think i found the problem is that i dont have the efs folder does anyone know how to fix this i read that to flash into a modem someone please help :'(

if it is your efs with cdma devices wiping it out will allow you to resync form the network. ##rtn# will initiate a full reset that will wipe the data and activavtion data.
 
If you are on a stock/touchwiz rom you can go to Settings > About > Status and take down your esn/meid, then from the play store or sideload, install MEID Converter from the play store.

Enter the esn/meid you took down in it and it will give you your MSL, the code I hope you are referring to.

FYI ANYONE WHO READS THIS!!!!

Even if you have the correct MSL, from what I have seen the phone will not accept it if you are not on a stock rom. I tried every rom I could find (Eleven I think) and none would take a correct MSL, zero's, anything.

Stock rom, first try and I was good to go.
