Electrify M and Pc won't sync

When I connect my PC to my Electrify M it won't charge it or seem to recognize it either. Are there some settings I need to set or a program to install, app? Using Win 7. Thanks for the help.

it should charge at least if connected. do you have another cable?

Thanks for the reply. I got it. I uninstalled the Mortorola Device manager and reinstalled. Works like a champ again. B-72

Have you installed the device drivers for your phone yet? Typically they can be found on your manufacturers website.
