Help email account problem

I have 2 email accounts that I use, now after I turned on my phone after being turned off over night my default account won't work...
Keeps saying authentication failed even though my settings are ok..
I've tried deleting the account etc but still the same.
My other account works fine no probs at all.

Sorted the email problem contacted hotmail via their Q&A and reset the password...sorted
