Help Email always downloading

Ive got email set up on my DHD for when im out/away from home for a few days and might want to check it on the go.

In the settings for send and recieve, ive got it set to only update when I tell it too manually, which in theory means it should do just that, only when I tell it too!
Yet without fail, it goes and downloads the last days worth of emails at least once a day on its own, sometimes twice, then goes and marks the lot on the webmail as read which means I then forget about them later if its something I want to view on a computer.

Ok so its not a big problem, but its annoying. Any fixes known bar removing the account settings and just re-adding every time I want to use it?

Its POP and BT yahoo email.

The send and recieve setting in the default mail app.
But now you mention it, I hadnt actually thought of looking in the accounts and sync area, which I just have done and sure enough, IMAP/POP3 mail is now on the sync list whereas it never used to be!
Have now told it to stop through there, so will see if that stops it! Cheers!
