Help Email Application - Mac Email

Hey all, yesterday I started having problems with my email application. It keeps force stopping. This is a email that I set up to check my Mac Email account. I've removed the account and re-added it, but still keeps crashing. Any ideas?

As a first step for troubleshooting FC'ing apps in general, try clearing cache and data for the app. Settings->Applications->Manage Applications, find your email app.
