New to the HDH and getting use to it!!
My Q. is I

are you sure its downloaded? Has the clock finished ticking down ?

Also, I think there's an option for you to not download attachments automatically, is that set.

Look at your mail setting for Mail size limit.
Default setting on DHD is only 5 KB.
This is not enough for attachments.

I changed the size limit and all fixed now.
