Help Email attachments

I just got a Viewsonic Gtablet and I can open the browser and get to all my web emails (hotmail, yahoo, gmail) but when I compose a new email message there is no option to attach a file. How can I get that option to appear?
 
What browser are you using? I'm using Dolphin HD and I have no problem with attachments. Tried just about every available and I like it the best.

I just got mine a few days ago and have been trying everything I can think of to see what it can't do. Loaded the latest Cyanogen 2.3.4 rom and I couldn't be happier. By far the easiest Android device I have ever rooted. Just ordered another for the wife last night! She actually thought she would just use mine!!!
