Help Email Background

Somehow(i did it) the background for my email is dark green, I cant figure out how i did it or fix it back to white screen so I can read them, Thanks in advance for help(new Samsung Infuse user)
 
Had to go to my email, open one up, hit the status button bottom left, screen popped up for display, then color options yay me, you guys are good too though
