What delay?

What email provider?

What type of account?

What client are you using now that is causing a "delay"?

How is it configured?

I've used K-9 for multiple POP3 accounts on both a Droid and Defy, and now with my work's IMAP account...never any delivery nor sending issues. However if you are experiencing an issue with an Exchange account, you may want to look at Touchdown.

I use gmail

I added in about 4 emails into gmail.

i only set up 1 email on my atrix...the single gmail which has 4 pop accounts added in.

emails come in whenever gmail decides to search for emails... ever 15-45 minutes.

help! :)

Funny> My Gmail account pushes my email's instantly once they are received, straight to my device!

Sounds like you don't have your Gmail account configured correctly.

i added the email account in as pop emails...it even shows the time since it last checked each account for emails... is there another way to add in emails to my gmail?

Im not sure if my actual gmail address also delays or if its the email accounts i added in. I will check on this though...

Did you setup your GMail account under the "email" app on the Atrix, or under the "GMail" app?

idroidberry,

As colnago stated above, set your GMail account up using the GMail app. If for some reason you don't already have it on your Atrix, you can go to the Android Market and download it for free.

Pushes your emails right away :)

Good Luck!
