Email fail to sign in

Ok everyone this problem had happened to my gmail before and now its on my email. Popos notifications that i failed to sign in every few minutesspecially if i swipe it away and ignore, i havent even lohged out of my email nor tried logging bk in after this stupid message. What is going on here. Please help

Have you tried to sign in and see if it takes your pw?

Yes i have and it keeps repeating the page to reset pw over qnd over.

Which email app are you using?
Try going into your phone's Settings >> Apps menu, find the entry for the email app you use and open it. Tap on 'Force stop', then go into 'Storage' and tap on 'Clear data'. By doing 'Clear data' that removes all the app's settings and configurations, and clears its app cache. This returns the app to its original, first time use state. Now using a browser try logging into your Gmail account:
https://mail.google.com
and confirm the password you were using is the current and valid one. Now open up your email app and it'll be asking you to enter your gmail address and password to re-configure itself.
