email folders

hello i am using galaxy s2 with ICS but i am unable to take mails which goes into special folders on outlook. how can we handle this?
i want to receive emails which has rules on outlook to my phone.

Are you using exchange? If so you can make server-side rules and just sync the folders as they are.

I'm having the same problem described by haakaannn, and I'm using Exchange 2010 at the company where I work as the email server. I'm familiar with creating rules in Outlook for email, but I didn't understand your comment about making server-side rules to sync the folders as they are. Can you elaborate?

I just found the solution in another thread. You need to hit Menu -> Folders which lists the top-level folders, in particular "Inbox". Then in order to see the subfolders on Inbox, you need to click on the folder ICON to the left of the work Inbox. Do not click on the word Inbox, since that will just cause Galaxy to display the email in your Inbox folder. However, clicking on the folder icons allows you to navigate through the email subfolders.
