This is what I emailed them:

I really just wanted to know if the ZTE Warp Sequent was
getting 4.1 Jellybean anytime soon. I see the LG Venice Just got it and
that the Samsung Galaxy Rush is supposed to be getting an OTA update
pushed out from May 16th - May 23rd. I know that the Sequent's
description page on your site used to say 4.0 with the upgrade to 4.1.
Just wanted to know when that is going to happen. Thanks!

And this was their response:

Honestly, there is no way of knowing if it is coming out soon unless they announce it or it just pops up on our phones. Not much else we can do but wait.

this is exactly what i said, nobody you could get in touch with is gonna know anything about it really. the first one says updates are coming, the second says they dont know of any updates, its pointless to try and get any info out of them
