Help Email History, Where is it?

I like having all my email history available so that I can go back to one if I need/want to a couple days/weeks/months down the road.

Is there a way to enable the history to remain? Or is it that the email app does not pull the history from the email accounts? My emails only go back to 2 days or so.

If you are using the stock mail app, go into that account then menu-more-settings-send & receive-download options and you can change it there. Mine was set at 3 days but there are many other options like All which would show all the mail in your account not just the past few days
