Email issues

Just got my Droid yesterday. Set up my email with my corporate office - was getting them now I am not. What setting am I missing? Also, how do I turn off facebook auto updates???

if you force a manual sync does it give you any error messages?

I'm having the same problem. I only see the emails when I manually choose the "Email" application. I tried both "Push" and "Fetch schedule". My organization is using Outlook 2003.
