I was using the stock gmail app and up until today it seemed to be working fine. However, today I noticed that I wasn't getting instance pings when I received emails. I would get delays of 5-15 minutes prior to finally being "pinged" That I had gotten new email. I tested this out with a friend and the same problem existed. Anyone else have an issue? or is this something I just need to deal with? Any help or advice on the matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
