Help email not refreshing? After update?

I don't know if it was the update that was pushed to me today, but the stock email app hasn't updated my two accounts since before ten this morning. My data works, because I just checked my hotmail through the dolphin browser. But it & the other account I have set up on the phone won't refresh, even when I manually select it on the menu.

Anyone else having an issue or have a fix?

Problem was happening to me even before the update which is unfortunate because gmail auto sync seems to drain my phone twice as fast when idle.

I said screw it to both and got maildroid..

seems to be working great so far.

I think the email just sucks on these phones. I had to forward both my POP accounts to my Gmail account in order to get emails.
