Email notification when checking online

Hello,

in the last week or so, I've started getting an email notification on my phone whenever I'm working on my emails online.

for example, if I delete an email - I will then get notified on my phone of any further unread emails - even if they've been there for days / weeks.

Anyone else get this / know how to stop it. Never used to happen!

It happens to me as well, when I reply through outlook.
But not always.
Can't figure out the reason and I want to stop it.
