my incredible seems to be having a email problem, started getting a lot of "mail still on server" when i open up a message. does not seem to be any particular size or type of message. getting very frustrated. have quizzed Charter about the issue and they say its a phone problem. talked with verizon and they say its a charter problem. Help!
