Hi i am new to this forum but i have been reading it for a while now.
I am sorry if my english is not so good (im from the Netherlands)

My problem is in the email app.
When a email comes in it all good but then when i remove the email, after a couple of minutes an older email wil pop up at the bottem.
Thats fine by me but the email shows up as an unread email !
And that is verry anoying !

Is that a software bug ?
Or an can i fix it in the properties ?

Ps i use my hotmail in the app

i've got the same problem so your not alone - i've been searching for a solution for ages but not found anything - i'm looking on with interest at this thread as its driving me insane

Good to know I'm not the only one.
I hope it is just a setting of some kind.
Or it wil be fixed with android 4

I am having the same problem! When I delete emails from my Inbox it is stored somwhere & is then reloaded automatically as soon as my Inbox is empty! This is driving me up the wall! Help anyone?!

When it is the same email coming back , you'l have to go to the email settings en select the option to remove from server to.
But then an older email wil appear at the bottom as unread. Eventho you already read it.

Tried looking on the hotmail site under pop settings for something like 'when deleted from pop device delete from your account too'
. I'm sure yahoo has this option

How do I access this. When I select account settings & incoming mail server it does not give me that option. My server for this is imap.ntlworld.com.

I have the same problem and also had this problem with my Xperia X10. Sometimes if I delete them from my deleted folder straight away, they will no re-appear but then sometimes they do re-appear in my inbox.

I am also on imap.ntlworld.com
