Help Email question: to field

If I send email to someone not in my contacts list why is it that next time I try to send email to the same person the phone does not remember I have emailed that address already and do an auto fill? Is there a setting to take care of this?

I don't think there's a setting for that. You'd have to add the contact to your contacts list.

Thanks for the reply. Guess I'll resort to using the gmail and google apps web interface. Works there.

I just thought of something. It differs depending on the phone you have, but if you go to your phone's contacts > menu > Display options > under Choose contacts to display choose your account > check all boxes including "All Other Contacts"
