Email question

Hi all, had the HTC ONE M8 for just over a month now and loving it! I just have a quick question about the default email app. I use my o2 account on my email app on the phone but the emails disappear after a couple of days, is there any way I can keep them on the phone until I decide to delete them as some mails I have to keep for a few months ? many thanks in advance

Have you gone into the settings and changed the length of time that they're displayed for?

that option is not in the settings

I use Gmail rather than O2 mail so I don't know if their options would be different but if you do to Settings > Sync, Send & Receive do you have an option called Download options?

Yes I see that ,do I check the "all" option ?

Yeah, if you want all of the emails on your phone.

The more you have though the more space that will be taken up.
