Hmmm interesting as his mother is white.
I don't understand how that is racist? Maybe it's cause I'm not racist....but the guy isn't as talented as the ape.
Accually a Racist would be the one that says I don't see how thats racist.I don't understand how that is racist? Maybe it's cause I'm not racist....but the guy isn't as talented as the ape.

To be fair, we're all a little bit racist. For example, I'm racist against white people... damn whities with their big eyes! Go back to your country!

And don't forget the people who have shit for brains. I never met a racist who didn't have shit for brains. My limited belief, is that I think racism is for the shallow minded.
No offence meant to any racists.
to be honest though...... you have to admit......... there are FAR more people trying to play the race card and jumping the racism bandwagon than there are racists in todays society.........
give it up........ although racism still exists to a very small extent...... it is not alive and well........ so screaming racism is just a crutch used by people who fit the bill
wow. i live in the south and no one has ever called me by a racist slur(i'm of Filipino decent).
your roomie isn't prejudice, he's just wary. tell him not to leave watermelon or fried chicken out in the open next time!
If it's not prejudice, it's ignorance....If that's not prejudice, then I don't know what is.
In sociological terms, he is 100% prejudice. I accidentally left my keys in my door key hole because I was too preoccupied with bringing groceries in and 2 hours later, had a knock at the door. It was one of my black neighbors who let me know that I left my keys in there. I thanked her a lot and when I closed the door, my roommate was surprised that she didn't decide to take them and take stuff out of my car. Keep in mind that this happened one time before (idiot me) and a white neighbor gave them to me and he said "Well that's nice of them."
I was absolutely shocked and literally speechless when he made those statements regarding her. If that's not prejudice, then I don't know what is.

In fact I'd say it's ignorant prejudice. Have you challenged your room mate on these views?
it's a learned response from external stimulus.
