Go Daddy account syncing with Outlook on the Note 2

Yes I know, sounds like tons of fun.

Anybody have any idea how to make this possible on the Note 2 and what Imap settings to use?

This is a question for a customer of mine, so I apologize if I'm not even asking a real question here... the customer called me and asked me what settings they should use to connect a Go Daddy email through Outlook on the Note 2..

Let me know if I should try and explain it further

Thanks!:D

Outlook on the Note 2 does not make sense. Outlook is a Microsoft office program and/or a Microsoft email provider (e.g. johndoe@outlook.com). If we're talking about setting up a Go Daddy email account via exchange active sync on the Note 2, that's a completely different story...But, not sure how set up would be through Exchange/Active Sync.

Here's the FAQ from the Go Daddy website, which would be the easiest way to set it up:

yeah i'm not so sure my customer really knew what they wanted either.

it was over the phone and they weren't really explaining it that well. sorry about that

thanks for the info though

Yeah, form the sounds of it, they are just associating Microsoft Outlook on their PC w/ any email program that can host their pop/imap email (common mis-conception with many general consumers).

But, that FAQ guide should get them all set up with their Go Daddy email. To this day, I didn't even know Go Daddy offered email hosting. I thought they just sold domain names. And for a while, I didn't even care what they sold because I just enjoyed watching Danica Patrick be the spokesmodel.
