Help Email set up

Hi guys, just got my new upgrade today and cant for the life of me get my Blueyonder email set up to work.
I had the Desire HD before and that was set up okay but it was a couple of years ago I set that up and I think I have lost the plot now

Any help would be worth a pint or two
