Help Email settings locked

I goofed whilst setting up the Nook Color email settings. I get a notice "Checking incoming server settings" that constantly displays. Also, I'm unable to get out of the email menu. Will I have to do a factory reset?

Hold the power button down until it shuts off. Then confirm what your settings are before you try it again.
