Help Email Shortcuts

I have 4 email accounts, my gmail and my main comcast account have shortcuts on the home screen. The only way I have found to use my corporate and secondary comcast accounts is if I get a notification of new email. I have been screwing around for a couple of weeks off and on and can't figure out how to add a shortcut for them. I know there must be an easy way that i'm just missing. I came from an iPhone to the Atrix and I really like it but I did like the way the iPhone handled the email.

Well I guess nobody knows the answer to this and I haven't been able to find it. So I will have to just get to those two account only when new email comes in.
