Help Email stopped working, have yet to get the EC05 update

So everything worked fine yesterday, my work email pushes when it comes in and I manually check for my personal email. Now today nothing works. Even when I manually check nothing comes up....what gives?

This morning I get a "sprint notification" that said there is an update coming soon (I assume EC05) but that was it. No OTA update for me yet. Any ideas? I'm leaving for Hawaii for 10 days on Sunday and I really need my stuff to work!

Go into Settings, Apps, Manage Apps. Find your mail app and Clear Data.

What android software are you on? DI18? DK28? EB13?

All that did was wipe all the email accounts out....gee, thanks. 4 steps back.....

Sprint has issued an OTA update for EB13 users to get EC05, that should fix the email issue. EB13 had a lot of internet and email issues.

If you want to wait for the update to appear on your phone then you can.

Or you can use Odin to get to DI18 then you will automatically receive the EC05 update. This involves hard reseting the entire phone, you can get your contacts by your gmail account, if you remember the username and password.
