Help Email Sync not updating

I am having a strange problem with active sync not updating.
This only started happening after the last software update to Sense 3.0

Email is set to sync with my works exchange 2010 server.
If i read, delete or move email on my phone outlook See's these updates.
If i read, delete or move email in outlook the phone dose not replicate these changes.

I have deleted the sync and reset it up but the same problem just happens again.
I have also deleted the phone partnership from within exchange and reset it up but again no difference.

No one else at my work has the same problem after installing the Sense 3.0.

has anyone seen this before or got any idea what is causing this as its slowly driving me mad.

I've got the exact same problem here.

Desire HD A9191 (not rooted)
Android 2.3.5
Sense 3.0
T-Mobile (not branded)
Exchange 2010 Mail Server

Problem accurred after updating from Android 2.3.2 to 2.3.3 and is still there since the update to 2.3.5 with Sense 3.0


I've sent an email to HTC but i've had no reaction from them yet...

its good to know i am not the only one with this issue.
My phone is on orange and also not branded and is also rooted.

at least that rules out a few things

I'm experiencing this issue with a Casio Commando running Android 2.3.3. I see that Email.apk and ExchangeEncryption.apk were both updated on March 6, 2012. I've reported this to Verizon, and they're going to forward the information on to Casio. I only had this phone for a couple of weeks before this started happening, however I was really enjoying the ability to clean out my inbox from anywhere. Alas - my joy was short lived.
