Help Email sync password problem

when i enter my account info it say I need to put in a password but then I cant unlock my phone without inputing this password which is fast and frustating

are you talking about when you run google setup? either way it shouldn't be asking you for your act password when you unlock...

I don't use Exchange myself, but, in order to direct future answers, when you say email sync and password, are you talking about connecting to an Exchange mail server? That seems to ring a bell with me.

If nobody else answers, I also seem to recall others saying that if you are going to use Exchange with Android, you really need to be using Touchdown.

yes when i sync with exchange it asks for a password then it makes me enter the password to get into my phone all together
