As of last night around 8pm, my emails on my exchange server are not coming to my phone. Everytime I hit the refresh button it tells me "Email sync turned off".
I have gone to the settings and ensured that I have the sync icon turned on. It is.
I have gone to Configuration and Data usage to ensure sync it enabled there as well as the restricted background is unchecked. All is correct.
Can anyone assist. I need my emails on my phone.
Not sure if it has anything to do with it but yesterday morning I woke up to find my phone had changed languages over night to Spanish. Got that fixed but it was odd that two things happen on same day.
any assistance would be appreciated.
