Email Sync with Exchange

I got my new Infuse last week and everything was working fine. Came from the iPhone and it's quirky comparatively but I'm adjusting.

However, today, the emails in my work email folder - through Exchange - are not correctly syncing with my Outlook. Those that I have deleted on my PC are remaining on my phone. They only go away when I delete them on the phone directly. This has not been an issue until today.

Any tips?

Ive noticed with some emails and Facebook stuff theres a bit of a delay when u go back and forth... Is it still there?? Be willing to bet after an hour or so or enough refreshes itll go away on its own...
