Hi. My exchange email account will not automatically sync. It will sync when I open up the email account, but I do not want to manually do this every time.
I tried to change the frequency at which it will sync/check emails. But this does not work. From my email screen, I go Menu>Settings> Send and Receive > Schedule. No matter what I change the "Frequency" to, when I go back a screen it always will say "manual" underneath Schedule.
I've check on my co-workers' phones, and on theirs, if you change the schedule to/from manual, the previous screen will reflect this change and say "Manual" or "Every 30 minutes", etc. But mine is stuck on Manual.
Help? Any ideas?
