I seem to be having a problem receiving emails to my phone.
I can receive email sent to my hotmail and gmail accounts... but mail sent to my 4 sky.com accounts fails to show up.
I have been through the settings and checked everything is correct
username and password are correct
servers are pop.tools.sky.com and smtp.tools.sky.com both use SSL and the servers are 995 and 587 respectively.
I sent an email to each account from each account and not a single one showed up on my phone, even after telling it to refresh mail.
Check my email client afterwards and all 6 emails arrived.
any ideas?
Additional... I just tested sending an email from my gmail account to all 4 sky.com accounts and they arrived on my phone, then I tested an email sent from hotmail to my sky.com accounts and they also arrived.
